Face The Animal ~Jean Follain
It's not always easy to face the animal even if it looks at you without fear or hate it does so fixedly and seems to disdain the subtle secret it carries it seems better to feel the obviousness of the world that noisily day and night drills and damages the silence of the soul.

the garden of delight Lucille Clifton
for some it is stone bare smooth as a buttock rounding into the crevasse of the world for some it is extravagant water mouths wide washing together forever for some it is fire for some air and for some certain only of the syllables it is the element they search their lives for eden for them it is a test
"Clarity.....My visits to clarity are soothing now. He never tells me what to think or feel or do but shows me how to find out what I need to know. It was not always like this.I used to visit other people who visited him. Finally, I summoned the courage to call on him myself. I still remember the first time I went to see him. Was I surprised. He lives on a hill in a little house surrounded by wild roses. I went in the living room and sat down in a comfortable chair by the fireplace. There were topographical maps on the walls, and the room was full of stuff, musical instruments and telescopes and globes, geodes and crystals and old Italian tarot decks, two small cats. When I left, he presented me with a sketchbook and told me to draw the same thing everyday until the drawing started to speak to me."
Carolyn Myss on 'Grace..Grace has a spiritual quality. It is energy infused with a strength greater than our own, a divine intention.
When it arrives, "out of the blue"- it fills you with a luminous awareness that is different than everyday consciousness. It makes you come alive with vision and determination and the strength to act. Grace illuminates your path by moving through your intuition, influencing the choices you make.' how cool is that...my sight has lately been given glimpses of this and I am filled with gratitude
